Warehouse Operator

What you will be working on:

You will impact the efficiency and smoothness of our production processes as you will be responsible for stocking the manufacturing shelves. You will provide the necessary components to our assembly teams so that they can put together the bikes. You will be organising the warehouse and making sure we would have a clear picture of our inventory's current state. You welcome the couriers and take in the packages, check the amounts, mark them accordingly and put them away. As we have two locations, you will be driving a small van to move components from one building to another.

What you need to succeed in this role:

You will shine in this role if you have previous experience in warehouse, production or in logistics. You enjoy teamwork and believe that you can positively affect the production work with your tasks in the warehouse team. You tend to be calm in difficult situations and focus on the solutions. You are not afraid of weights and 30kg heavy boxes are light for you. You have a driving licence – B-category is enough. You speak fluent English which supports you in communicating with our international team.

Who you will be working with:

Ampler bikes are made by a team of 120+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Our headquarters and world-class bike assembly factory are located in Jüri, in the suburb of Estonia’s capital Tallinn. Ampler showrooms are located in Berlin, Cologne, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Zurich. Our offices are located in Jüri and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us in the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join our supply team and work together with Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Operators. We have two factories which are located in Jüri - you will have a flexible location and be working either in Kesk tee 19 or Uus-Ringi tee 5. We work from Monday to Friday and the workday starts between 7:30-9:00.
