We are looking for a Spanish and Catalan speaking Senior Sales Development Representative who will, besides getting in high quality leads, also act as a mentor for the junior/medior members of the team as we expand further in Spain. As a Sales Development Representative you are the voice of Sensorfact, play an essential part in acquiring new customers and get the team ready for the next level . You will be responsible for generating valuable leads that will convert to long-term, excited customers and help the team achieve their target.

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Reach out to potential high volume customers mainly via phone but also email or video call;
  • Convert high quality leads generated through our marketing programs and/or conduct ;
  • Communicate our value proposition to business owners and senior executives;
  • Become a sales development expert, build lead generation campaigns working alongside our Marketing team and be at the forefront of industry developments.
And moreover:
  • Be part of a smooth onboarding/welcoming of new colleagues in the team;
  • Be proactive about challenges the team might face;
  • Train, coach and motivate the team when needed;
  • Contribute on reaching the team target;
Your profile
  • At least 3 years of customer facing sales experience (prospecting/cold calling and booking meetings/demos);
  • Proven track record of (over)achieving your targets;
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish(native level) and Catalan (native level), but also English (professional level);
  • Experience in coaching and training team members (team of SDRs is a plus);
  • CRM experience (e.g. Pipedrive or Hubspot);
  • You value drive, intelligence and honesty;
  • You are coachable and positively influence the team culture.
