DIE ROLLE UND DEIN EINFLUSS BEI TIER

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Management, um Mitarbeiter die Betriebsziele zu vermitteln und die wichtigsten Leistungskennzahlen zu verbessern
• Überwachung der regionalen E-Scooter Flotte und Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung bei Aufgaben auf der Straße
• Verwaltung des internen Fuhrparks (Cargo-Bikes, E-Vans)
• Koordination der regionalen Mitarbeiter (Schichtpläne, Fahrzeugzuweisung)
• Optimierung der Ladevorgänge und Schichteffizienz (Batterien und Fahrzeugen) 
• Unterstützung des Operations Managers bei unterschiedlichen Projekten
• Verwaltung des Lagers (inklusive Organisation, ordnungsgemäße Haltung, Lagerbestand)
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fahrzeugs- und Lagerdienstleistern

Operations Coordinator

Permanent employee, Full-time

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Manage Warehouse (Organization, Cleanliness, Utilities)
• Liaise with vehicles/warehouse service providers
• Manage operational vehicles (cargo-bikes, e-vans)
• Manage transport in / out, and manage the warehouse inventory
• Manage warehouse workers
• Manage charging activities (batteries and vehicles planning) to optimize operations time
• Keep track of fleet health and step in to help with on street tasks if needed
• Assist OM on various projects
• Work alongside Shift Managers to communicate Ops target to rangers and improve key performance metrics
