Job Description

We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.  

In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure to shape the future of European mobility.

- to perform the prototyping of a variety of lithium ion cell prototypes including coin cell, pouch cell and cylindrical cell
- Electrical connection and checking
- Mechanical set-up
- To support and perform test benches setup and wiring : upgrade, sensors adding, mechanical modification, measurement specifications
- To perform cell testing and assist cell test fixtures definition
- Test launch and parametrization on test bench software
- Measurement first analysis
- Conformity check on tests and benches, in accordance with test engineer
- Help to test engineer on issues analysis and reporting
- to support in the optimization of process parameters to improve performance, quality and yield
- to support the formalization and standardization of protocols and intellectual property via documentation generation/revision (work instructions, electronic notebook, …)-


Requirements

  • Graduation : BTS MTE (ex MCI), ATI, TPIL or equivalent
  • Experience : apprenticeship or min. 2 years in industrial company
  • Experience with testing and test benches, specifically in battery or cell field, is a plus
  • Experience with FEV MORPHEE software is a plus
  • Knowledge in Li-Ion cells or in electrical environment would be appreciated
  • Great communication, autonomy and proactivity
  • English : technical understanding and writing is a minimum
