We have an exciting opportunity as Senior Maintenance Technician in our Process Development Team. In this role, you will embracing the objective of building and structuring Verkor as the most advanced battery manufacturing company in the world.

As part of the maintenance department, the maintenance technician participates in the realization of all the tasks related to the preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment. The role will evolve from planning, setting up to improving the pilot line.

Verkor follows a culture of full-cycle engineering where members will have full responsibility and accountability for their projects from start to finish.


Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and curative maintenance operations on production equipment
  • Ensure the optimization of the installations by proposing innovative solutions
  •  Analyze recurring breakdowns on site and propose associated action plans
  •  Participate in the launch of spare parts supplies
  •  Ensure the documentary follow-up (technical report / CMMS)
  •  Participate in the achievement of the different objectives of the maintenance department (deadlines / costs / quality / safety...)
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting to systems problems.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in maintenance activities and special machines.
  • Machining knowledge will be appreciated.
  • Basic: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Electrical accreditation training will be a plus.
  • Experience with products sensitive to environmental conditions industries.
  • Clean room and dry room experience will be useful.
  • English & French
