We are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager to join the BlaBlaCar Carbon & Environmental Finance team. As a Project Manager, you will be contributing to our Energy Saving Certificates (ESC) schemes in France, as well as optimizing follow-ups in a strict regulatory environment. You will also take your part in setting up the activity on the carbon credit side which implies modeling skills. We are at the beginning of the journey; we are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to unlock and drive this potential. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Carbon & Environmental Finance.


Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategy regarding the French energy savings market 
  • Develop & manage strong relationships with our external business partners 
  • Elaborate appropriate financial schemes, negotiate & implement high-impact contracts
  • Collaborate & support P&L owners within BBC by sharing your knowledge and convincing our external stakeholders on evolutions identified as key by the internal teams
  • Manage potential studies 
  • Report to the Head on results, and share your learnings and ideas with the rest of the team
  • Support our Head on the carbon credits project

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-5+ years of experience at least in account or project management or involving a public administration field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills & technical modeling
  • Strong appetite for regulatory environment and issues
  • Ability to convince and build strong relationships with partners
  • You are very organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
  • You are naturally positive, energetic & motivated
  • Excellent French and English (verbal & written)
