As an Executive Vice President - Growth, Marketing & Business Development, you will be responsible for …

  • Own revenue growth and revenue forecast to create sustainable growth (working towards break even)

  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the company’s strategic plan, and to develop future plans

  • Lead the Marketing (10 people) and Telesales team (>60 people pan India) to drive revenue growth in existing channels

  • Own all retailer relationship activities

  • Maximize customer reach and marketing efficiency

  • Drive aggressive business growth across all customer segments and profiles

  • Improve the individual customer experience together with Product Management

  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO and the management team


Education & Experiences

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/business management.
  • A Master's degree in Marketing/Business Administration/business management would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in digital Marketing domain.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce company in leadership capacities.
  • Prior experience in an E-commerce company would be advantageous.
  • Proven track-record across all key functions required to drive and implement revenue growth in a marketplace or ecommerce business
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy

  • Excellent communication skills -reading, emailing, speaking.
  • Top class client acquisition skills thriving to generate demand in digital channels
  • Significant general management and P&L experience
  • History of decision-making based on business metrics
