Director of Finance - Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of the executive team, the Director of Finance will play a crucial role in developing and executing the company's financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of accounting, treasury, and cash management. There is no finance team to be managed at the moment, which might change slowly in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, controlling, and treasury

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly shareholder reports, as well as annual financial statements

• Lead the group control process and ensure compliance with the company regulations

• Support and review the Indian subsidiary's financial operations and ensure they align with the overall company strategy

• Monitor cash flow and working capital, and make recommendations to optimize the use of resources

• Develop and maintain business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company's long-term financial strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO & COO, offering financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Master's degree in finance or a related field preferred

• At least 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful financial strategies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
