In this role, the person will be responsible for owning all aspects of the Zoho tools (CRM, Books, Inventory, Expenses, HR, and Creator) including proactive customization, implementation of new functionality, and extensive organisational reporting. Additionally, the individual in this role will lead and be directly responsible for restructuring the existing Zoho tools to better align with current business needs and increased scale of operations. Understanding the current processes and identify gaps
Building the processes to fortify business needs
Use the processes outlined to customise the Zoho tools
Integrations to ensure seamless flow of communication across platforms
Build and map fields for regular reporting
Partner and collaborate with business process owners to develop documentation, training, and overall understanding of process flow within the organisation.
Identify and surface data gaps and partner with business owners and internal stakeholders on how to close those gaps.

Strong experience with custom Zoho Solutions
Experience in B2B Space / Solutions will be an added advantage
Understanding of API integrations and data flows
Basic understanding of Relational Database System and programming language
Prior experience in an Agritech / Food Tech / E-commerce company would be advantageous
Certification in Zoho tools will be an added advantage
