Job Description

About the role:

The Sales Enablement Specialist will provide Sales Team Leaders and Reps with the learning materials, content and resources, to drive growth and success. This will be through development and execution of impactful, data-driven solutions, for transforming the sales process and execution. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales (plus Sales Ops), Marketing and Product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding, training programs, and direct coaching across the Sales Development, Technical Sales Managers, and Account Manager Teams
  • Provide specific coaching and best practices on: 
    • Sales Development: Inbound and Outbound process and messaging to engage new clients interest 
    • Technical Sales Managers and Account Managers: Both the Commercial Sales Process, plus the product demonstration delivery to prospective clients 
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams (including sales cadences / sequences) 
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teams


  • 2+ years of direct software selling experience as an individual contributor (covering all parts of the process from Sales Development through to closure of business) 
  • Plus, 2+ years experience in a software sales enablement, or learning and development role, where Sales coaching was a part of the role 
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English C1 or C2, additional languages are a plus 
  • A Passion for Sales excellence 
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with using and coaching MEDDICC Qualification Methodology is a huge plus 
  • Experience in product demonstration best practices and coaching is a plus 
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce), Salesloft, Gong, and Linkedin Suite
