• Innovation: Design groundbreaking, containerized solutions for our gridBox (our IoT gateway) and cloud platform

• Tech deep-dive: Delve into Go code, optimize and extend our core applications

• Automation: Use and develop state-of-the-art deployment tools/processes, supported by our self-developed Kubernetes IoT controller

• Networking: Create services that not only connect numerous IoT devices, but also control them efficiently to use renewable energy

• Knowledge sharing: Share and continuously expand your know-how about networks, APIs and services in the team

• Responsibility: Take responsibility - both for technology projects and for the development and management of less experienced team colleagues

This is how you and your application stand out

• You have been working full-time with Go/Golang for two years

• You feel comfortable working with Linux shells and have knowledge of common UNIX tools

• Docker is your go-to container technology and CI/CD processes evoke a certain familiarity in you

• You have expertise in the design, development and long-term operation of services

Nice-to-have, but not a must-have 

• Experience in network protocols such as IP, TCP/UDP as well as serial communication interfaces, e.g. RS485 and RS242

• Knowledge of container orchestration such as Kubernetes and knowledge of AWS

• Strong interest in electrical engineering and the energy sector.

• Initial experience and interest in people management
