Senior Product Manager Trucks

Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the entire product series and associated cross-product processes at Volta Trucks.

This is a remote role which requires regular travel through the EU and the UK.

What you will do:

The Sr. Product Manager takes over responsibility for designing, leading and controlling entire product series and/or cross-product processes at Volta Trucks. That covers product strategic as well as operational topics – e. g. volume & pricing planning, local market regulations and customer specific applications.

• Take ownership and responsibility for a Volta Trucks product range - e. g. vehicle platforms, bodies and technologies.
• Provide deep market and product insights – based on available data, competitor benchmarking and product positioning.
• Represent the product’s perspective across multiple line functions in a global environment.
• Create, maintain and drive product strategies, roadmaps and lifecycles
• Create and optimize product-related business cases – incl. volumes, pricing, product features and functions.

We would like you to have:

• You must have 5+ years of Technical Sales or Product Management experience – preferably in the Automotive / Commercial Vehicle industry (incl. Bodybuilders)
• Work experience in both legacy and start-up companies are appreciated
• Experience with a Commercial Vehicle fleet and its procurement / operation processes is seen as a plus
