Your role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and help us serve our clients in the DC charging industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success by providing them with the support they need to use our solutions effectively. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify challenges, and provide solutions to improve their experience with our products.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a related field.
- Experienced in a customer-facing role
- Fluent in English. German is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of DC charging technology and the challenges faced by customers in the industry.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with release management processes and quality-gating.
- Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies.
- Experience with root cause analysis and incident management.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Your day at EcoG
- Identify and analyze the root causes of customer success challenges and develop plans to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to improve customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and work proactively to understand their needs and anticipate potential issues.
- Work with the team to improve self-service options and documentation to empower customers to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure that all releases are thoroughly tested and quality gated.
- Agree on test cases with customers and propagate within the team.
- Develop a round-robin release management process.
- Work with customers to understand their unique needs and provide customized solutions as necessary.
- Maintain transparency in problem-solving progress and deadline commitments.
- Prioritize tasks based on their impact on customer success in collaboration with the CTO.
- Develop a process for reporting issues and classifying them by topic.
- Evaluate each issue and develop a plan to address it, including assigning a domain champion to monitor the resolution progress.
- Focus on systems for prototyping and software for production readiness.
