Our integrated technologies are combatting climate change by empowering residential, commercial and industrial energy users to earn money, enhance building health, reduce carbon footprint, and achieve ESG goals all from within user-friendly, award-winning web platforms and mobile apps.

 

We have two main products: SmartKit AI and GridRewards.

 

  • GridRewards is a cutting edge virtual powerplant app built to empower low/moderate income, small energy users to reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs. GridRewards users can also get paid for using less energy at specific times of high electric grid stress.
  • SmartKit AI is a web dashboard and mobile app that enables multifamily, commercial, and industrial building operators to manage energy and carbon. We install IoT sensors that help us optimize and manage energy loads, as well as provide real-time insight into building system performance.      

 

Job Description:

The Smart Buildings Account Executive will play an integral role in implementing effective strategies and supporting key client relationships to bring cutting-edge climate technology to all corners of NYC! We are looking for someone to help drive forward the company’s most impactful initiatives. You’ll help make Logical’s vision a reality, partnering across the company.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support business development activities: design client scopes of work, contracts, and reports; conduct market outreach, etc.
  • Customer success: engage with stakeholders across client base from portfolio managers to on-site engineers, providing building energy performance insights/reports and training to enhance building efficiency and decarbonization goals
  • Policy and rebate tracking: research new rebate/incentive programs and energy regulations
  • Administrative management and project coordination: own client record upkeep in platform backend. Help to schedule and plan client trainings and engagements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills. A meticulous eye for detail is a must.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite Office 360 (PowerPoint, Outlook, and especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage several responsibilities concurrently and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment; self-starter mentality
  • Comfortable engaging with clients in-person and on the phone; professional, accommodating disposition
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability, cleantech, energy efficiency, building decarbonization, energy analytics

 

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional setting with a sustainability and/or energy focus as part of the role is required. Preferred backgrounds include consulting, public sector, utility, energy, and/or real estate.

 

This position is a mostly in-office position in midtown Manhattan.

 

Base salary range: $60,000 - $90,000
