Position Summary
Rove&rsquo;s Marketing Manager will be a part of a small, agile Marketing Department committed to building and growing our brand in Southern California. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing area marketing campaigns in and out of the charging centers. This role will work cross-functionally to directly impact the success of the locations.
A successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of the tools and metrics necessary to run an effective marketing campaign, ask hard questions and provide creative solutions that support our go-to-market strategy and business goals.
You must be a data-driven, strategic thinker, a motivated self-starter and effective communicator that is excellent at building relationships. The role will report directly to the VP of Marketing &amp; Retail.
Essential Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Strategize, plan, and manage local marketing efforts that build relationships with key audiences, grow brand awareness, and deliver quality lead acquisition to grow traffic to Rove centers</li>
<li>Proactively support the development and ongoing execution of marketing operations within the department</li>
<li>Coordinate with third-party marketing vendors to brief and deliver marketing assets</li>
<li>Conduct market research and participate in strategic planning</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with operators to propose and execute improvements to the customers experience</li>
<li>Serve as the point person for marketing vendors, partners, and stakeholders in Southern California</li>
<li>Provides training, communication, and support for store team members in support of a store opening or new marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Support communication and engagement of key audiences in the market including beta group participants, influencers, and community liaisons</li>
<li>Collaborate, participates in, and coordinate promotional events trade show</li>
<li>Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategy</li>
<li>Collect and contribute to the brand social media content</li>
<li>Collect and analyze reporting on marketing efforts to understand ROI</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES 
Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing or related fields</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in related field</li>
</ul>
