The Associate will perform and oversee operational tasks related to the BWM leadership team and for the corporate office. This includes assisting in the company’s business and corporate strategy efforts, investor relations, preparing presentations and materials, overseeing and assisting in corporate development strategy meetings and initiatives, performing some HR related duties, and more. The Associate will also facilitate internal communications between different departments to coordinate, update and inform on achievements, plans, issues, events, etc.This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who can work independently as part of a team with lots of potential for growth and other opportunities.  Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and assist in business and corporate strategy planning and implementation</li><li>Assist with and support government grant applications and research on government plans and initiatives</li><li>Assist and help develop materials for external fundraising efforts</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to support corporate and business strategy</li><li>Implement organizational development and operational initiatives and projects as needed</li><li>Lead project management efforts on strategy and organizational development initiatives</li><li>Communicate strategy and organizational development objectives to all departments</li><li>Communicate with different departments on issues requiring coordination and alignment, especially between BWM’s corporate headquarter and plant facilities</li><li>Manage and assist leadership of ESG program and reporting including drafting and executing policies, managing life cycle analysis, reporting on ESG issues,</li><li>Manage communications and presentations to investors</li><li>Drafting and developing presentations on strategy, ESG, organizational development programs, partnerships, corporate development opportunities, programs, and other areas as needed</li><li>Supporting CSO on projects as they arise</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li><ul><li>Self-starter and a team player able to deliver high quality output in a fast evolving and dynamic operations environment</li></ul><ul><li>Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, required</li><li>Minimum 5 years of direct or related work experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project</li><li>Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team</li><li>Able to maintain filing systems, databases, and minutes management</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Meticulous records maintenance skills</li><li>Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail is a must</li><li>Proven organizational and time management skills </li></ul></li></ul>
