Our customers are real utilities managing the real electrical grid supporting the normal lives of millions of real people. Our mission is to keep the grid running reliably while enabling more renewable energy and reducing reliance on fossil fuel.

Our Implementation Services team is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support client and partner integrations, and build out customized solutions for client-specific use cases. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate working through ambiguity, and is motivated by building and enforcing processes that will scale as we grow. To be impactful in this role, you have a strong technical skill set, are highly organized, and comfortable interacting in a client & partner-facing capacity. Your contributions will be internal and external project leadership, and cross-functional process improvement focused on enabling sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of complex software solutions for our customers, including launches, integrations and reporting.
  • Work with client stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with internal cross-functional partners across the company.
  • Support our Implementation Engineers by providing technical guidance in solutioning custom requests.
  • Ensure implementation projects are scoped accurately, both in terms of timeline, level of effort, and overall costs. Additionally, you will identify key product and process dependencies that will be critical components of project success.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects with a focus on on-time/on-scope delivery, ensuring quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in project management, internal/external communication, and project monitoring.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience including the ability to lead customer design/requirements gathering processes and the successful implementation of large, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues/needs in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to influence and advocate change.
  • A strong technical background with the ability to be hands-on as needed.
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex organizational structures (internal and external), often with highly ambiguous targets and success criteria.
  • Relentless focus on quality, process improvement, scale and efficiency.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • A working knowledge of the Utilities industry and supporting business processes.
  • Experience working with a SaaS product.
  • Fluency in scripting languages, databases and APIs.

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000. Base pay offered may vary based on location, job related knowledge, skills and experience.
