Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager in the Product Department, you will play a key role for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity, and to ensure that the product profile meets the company overall strategy and goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Develop a deep understanding of the residential and commercial solar and storage systems and module level power electronics.  Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define MRDs and PRDS with prioritized features and corresponding justifications.
• Work closely with both hardware and software engineering teams, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Run beta and pilot program with early-stage products
• Understand the competition and market trends in both residential and C&I segments globally.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE

• BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as product manager with PV systems and module level power electronics or similar products.
• Comfortable working with all communication protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Self-starter and organized.
