Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are Tigo Energy’s in-house product experts. The Customer Success team enables Tigo’s worldwide growth by supporting partners and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful.

As the Project Manager, you have extensive project management experience, and have completed more complex, demanding or larger-value projects of various types. In your past, you manage dall project administrative and technical requirements for one or more projects from startup through closeout, including scope and change management, and scheduling.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• As the Project Manager you will work with the energy solutions team to estimate, manage, and coordinate all aspects of projects that are designed
• Ability to contribute innovative solutions and synthesize current information into new solutions when necessary
• You will develop and foster relationships with the customer representatives
• You will identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk
• Work closely with the Director of Customer Success and the accounting department to ensure accurate billing
• Monitor and review daily reports and provide updates to the energy solutions team as needed
  

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or another related field is required
• Technical Competencies: Electrical/Mechanical
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience managing residential, and commercial scale photovoltaic systems installations as a project manager
• 3-5 years of experience working with hardware and software technology product lines in the solar industry
• Can read and understand blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work orders for photovoltaic installations using inverters, optimizers, and energy storage products
• Ability to communicate effectively new concepts to customers and team members
• Can easily understand and communicate technical information
• Ability to work seamlessly with a management team, engineers, marketing team, field service engineers and customer service team
• Able to execute and deliver results on multiple projects
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
