Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Managing Director Operation of the Company.
  • Responsible for the execution of specific tasks or projects in accordance with contract requirements, and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage sub-contractors, suppliers and purchasing processes.
  • Manages procedures to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality and standards.
  • Source, clarify, negotiate and procure equipment and service required for the execution of project.
  • Maintain and control project schedule, cost and quality for on time and in budget project delivery.
  • Interface with internal teams and external customers, suppliers to ensure timely execution of project
  • Meet/improve the as sold project budget and schedule;
  • Authorize per project related function’s budget for labour, T&L within the limits set by DOA.


Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or other equivalent degree;
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as Project Manager, experience in wastewater treatment, Anaerobic Digestion, waste to energy or other environmental facility with comparable processes are an advantage;
  • Additional experience of operational management (O&M) of such facilities will be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with in software, e.g. AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft project etc.
  • Knowledge on technical documents such as PFD's & P&IDs, mechanical equipment specs, drawings and GAs.
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Flexible, willing to travel to overseas when needed.
