Fullstack Software Developer

OVERVIEW:

DeliverZero is a reusable packaging platform that enables restaurants and other food services to serve takeout and delivery in reusable containers rather than single-use. Our mission is to create a convenient, scalable, automated system of reusables that makes reusables a no-brainer to use instead of recyclable, compostable, styrofoam, or any other type of single-use boxes. DeliverZero works with over 100 restaurants, has partnerships with DoorDash, Whole Foods Market, Uber Eats, Toast, and is growing.

DESCRIPTION:

DeliverZero is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can help us build out our reusable packaging tracking system, including deploying an API, a B2B packaging management software, customer facing website, and mobile app. The ideal candidate will have experience building and documenting APIs, experience with backend and frontend software development for web and mobile apps, and a passion for our mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 2 or more years experience with MongoDB and MongoDB App Services (Realm) or similar NoSQL database and database services

• 2 or more years experience with Node.js

• 2 or more years of experience in developing web or mobile applications in either React/Redux+Saga or Flutter

• 2 or more years of experience with third party webhooks and integrating with APIs

• 1 or more years of experience in React Native

• Experience developing and documenting APIs

• Experience with application Authentication setup and social login integration

• Experience writing and deploying serverless functions

Preferred:

• Experience managing DNS records and hosting

• Experience in mobile app development in 

• Experience integrating with services such as Stripe, Twilio, Gmail, MailChimp

• A passion for circular economies and fighting single-use waste

• Experience with SFTP integrations

• Experience in Python
