Who You Are: A Sales Development Representative Manager with at least 3 years of experience who is seeking to use your skills in a way that positively impacts environmental change. The ideal candidate is someone who can master outbound pipeline creation and develop new business opportunities, while building out a team of Sales Development Representatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Identify new accounts and introduce our product to key decision makers
  • Outbound calling and emailing to potential customers on a daily basis
  • Prospect, qualify, and educate potential leads to create sales ready opportunities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of a Sales Development program
  • Assist in the building, training of a Sales Development Representative team
  • Develop and maintain a list of prospective customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle form start to finish
  • You manage time efficiently, meet personal and professional goals, and work effectively with others on the Sales team.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant SDR Management experience
  • Cold calling/email experience in an enterprise sales role
  • Consistent measurable achievement in past roles
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience building and training a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with a CRM (preferably HubSpot) and strong computer skills
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS and/or AEC industry.
