Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team to drive the success of Redaptive’s data solutions, a comprehensive suite of hardware and software to help organizations optimize their building performance and streamline sustainability reporting.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate demand, build awareness, and educate customers on the value of our data products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in software product marketing, a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for data-driven decision making.

The Product Marketing Manager will own the messaging architecture for each phase of the product life cycle, including market research, competitive analysis, positioning and go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for crafting sales enablement tools and compelling marketing collateral.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Data Solutions product(s) in partnering with the product manager and the product development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, engineering, and customer experience to define the product positioning, messaging, and value proposition, ensuring that our solutions are presented in an effective way to customers.
  • Analyze and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling content such as product briefs, one-pagers, customer presentations, case studies, and whitepapers to support the sales and marketing efforts.
  • Drive the development of sales enablement tools and product training initiatives.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategy for new product releases, including promotional campaigns, website updates, press releases, social media campaigns and partner outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, product usage, satisfaction, and YOY revenue growth.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Software Engineering preferred, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the technology or energy related industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing collateral and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sustainability and energy management.
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

  • Expected annual salary: 114k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
