Director of Product

Tomorrow.io's Product & Design department focuses on building products that people love, use, and advocate for all across the globe, with emphasis on an outstanding customer-centric approach. We empower our product people with autonomy to run fast and make decisions, and we do it across multiple industries and markets like B2B, B2C, B2D, and B2G.

We are looking for a Director of Product who’ll Manage a team of product managers, ensure their growth and engagement, Set performance goals, KPIs, and career development plans for team members and Work closely with senior management to develop and refine product strategy. As the Director of Product you will focus on growth strategies and product-led growth, align with business objectives and develop agile strategies and performance reports to drive faster, more iterative development cycles.

What will you do:

• You will own the Saas Products end to end, making sure we are providing the best climate solution to our existing and future customers and drive product-led growth.  
• You will drive the product vision, build the strategy and the roadmap while working across the company to lead collaboration and deliver measurable results that really move the needle.  
• You will mentor and support the growth of a high performing product team to innovative and impactful offerings. You will build strong partnerships with the Engineering and GTM teams.
• You will become the domain expert, mastering both the customer needs and the product capabilities. You will identify opportunities, needs, constraints and market trends. 

What you bring

• Experience as a Product Manager of more than 10 years, in which you were part of at least 3 different product roles.
• Managerial Experience of 7+ years (product teams and working closely with engineering teams). This experience included senior roles as a Director / VP / CPO. 
• Experience at B2B/SaaS products and B2C products are a great advantage.
• Engineering / Technical background is advantage 
• Growth mindset and being super smart and passionate about what you do :)
• Experience as Strategy /  Analyst / UX previous positions and / or a founder of your own gig is an advantage!  
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing agile processes.
