<h4>Roles and Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Build Rhizome&rsquo;s platform and model chain framework for asset fragility, stressors and socioeconomic consequences.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Research and implement ML algorithms for resiliency planning in the utility domain.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Build first in its class operational system for utility customers to quantify the value of resilience and do scenario planning for resilience.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Build first in its class optimization platform that helps asset managers to reliably plan for climate risk mitigation.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Perform statistical analysis and tune models accordingly.</li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">3+ years experience building and orchestrating ML algorithms with auditability, security &amp; versioning</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">3+ years experience optimizing ML algorithms</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">2+ years experience building large ML production infrastructure</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Ability to write testable and verifiable production ready code in Python</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Hands on with data engineering and infrastructure in AWS</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience working and analyzing large geospatial dataset is a huge plus</li>
