Sensorfact’s core mission is to help European SME companies reduce their electricity bill and CO2 footprint by providing them insights in their electricity usage. Sensorfact has realized an annual growth >100% since the start of the company in 2016 and we aim to continue this exponential growth: within a few years we hope to have more than 10 000 clients live on our platform.
As a Project Manager (new products) you contribute to this growth by structuring the projects that improve our product offering. Over the past 4 months we have successfully launched 3 new products (predictive maintenance, compressed air measurement and ultrasonic water measurement), and we want to continue this trend by launching another 2 before the end of the year. This will include ensuring delivery timelines are met within budget, client communication and expectation management is delivered at the highest quality, and internal stakeholders are engaged to participate in the development trajectories.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction;
Leading and collaborating with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward;
Knowing how to prioritize opportunities for improvement - generate data-driven hypotheses and test these in field.
Your profile
Educational background in industrial engineering and management, technology management, science business & innovation, or a corresponding line of study;
2-5 years experience as a project manager, strategy consultant, or product management role (ideally in top tier strategy consulting or in a technical / industrial environment);
Professional level of English (Dutch is a preference but not required);
Proactive & independently the “I am stuck, what needs to happen to get going, and who can help me to move forward” type;
Hands-on, enjoy to solve product development challenges;
Effective communicator, both in written and verbal communication;
Able to collaborate effectively;
Have some knowledge and affinity with technical solutions - specific knowledge of the sensor market is not necessary, but you should be comfortable investigating challenges and finding approaches to overcome them. #LI - FRANCESCA
