Your scope of work:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Financial processing support, including transcribing project expenses, drafting memos, managing invoices, and accurate financial record keeping</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Project-based file organization based on SOP/ company structure</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Data management and upkeep related to various climate action projects</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Collection, organization, and consolidation of data from multiple sources into digestible formats for a variety of audiences</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Analysis of project data to support performance reporting and provision of actionable insights for improvements&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Project verification and credit delivery support, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Assist ad hoc internal/external requests in support of project monitoring activities&nbsp;</li>

Your background includes:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (completed or in-progress) or equivalent experience in environmental science, or related field with two years of practical experience.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Accurate management of detailed information from diverse sources</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience in compiling, integrating, and analyzing data</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Best practices in documentation for quality assurance and reproducibility&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proficient in the use of the Google Suite, especially Google Docs</li>
