The experienced R&D - Technical Project Manager - Senior is responsible for leading research, development, and implementations for key cross-discipline and cross-organization projects and programs.
Leveraging your engineering background and technical product development experience you will oversee all aspects of projects including defining scope details, develop and track budgets and schedules, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress, reporting to upper management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure all aspects of each project are completed to plan.
Responsibilities:
Assist in and lead the technical and business definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Assist in the development and refinement of Crusoe’s project management processes and procedures.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and third parties/vendors
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. A minimum of 15 years Project Management experience.
A proven ability to lead and direct the work of other team members in an R&D environment
A proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and influence peers

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $160k-$190k. RSUs are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
