We are seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as Power Platform Application Developer Intern. The primary focus of this role will be to assist in the development and optimization of internal processes across different departments within our company.
You will work closely with departmental stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and leverage the capabilities of Microsoft’s Power Platform to streamline and automate their workflows.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in process improvement, automation, and business operations.

Your Responsibilities in bullet points:

• Collaborate with departmental teams to identify process improvement opportunities and pain points

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their workflow requirements and translate them into automated solutions using Power Automate

• Design, develop, and deploy efficient Power Platform Applications, including automated flows, approvals, notifications, data integration, and other process automation activities

• Test and troubleshoot Power Platform Applications to ensure they function correctly and meet the desired outcomes

• Assist in documenting the automated processes, including flowcharts, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate Power Platform with other business applications and systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of automated processes, identifying areas for further optimization and enhancement

Your profile

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow management

• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Power Platform or other workflow automation platforms is highly desirable

• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and logic (e.g., variables, conditions, loops) will be an advantage

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose creative solutions

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams

• Previous experience with process improvement initiatives or automation projects is a plus
