Project Manager E-Mobility Spain

Join a fast growing company with a purpose! Fastned enables EV drivers around Europe to fast-charge their vehicle with renewable energy and leads the way in making mobility sustainable. In this role you will contribute to achieving our goal of building a European network of 1,000 large fast-charging stations in prime locations where electric drivers can charge their vehicles with energy from the sun and wind.

Your role

Fastned is expanding its network of fast charging stations in Spain and is looking to strengthen the local team with a Project Manager to support our teams with tasks related to realising the construction of all upcoming stations.

As the Project Manager, you will be an integral part of an experienced and international team and you will deal with all aspects of delivering high quality charging stations across Spain. In this role, you are working in close cooperation with the architects, the construction manager and the network development manager.

The responsibilities include the realisation of grid connections as well as the material supply and logistical planning for the construction. You will monitor the schedules and budgets and coordinate with numerous external stakeholders from Spain and abroad. This role will regularly take you to visit business partners or construction sites, where you will be able to demonstrate negotiation skills, a hands-on mentality, high quality standards and an eye for details.

Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem! As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting workshops where you will learn everything important about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. We are looking forward to building the largest EV charging network in Spain with you!

You are a real team player and you have the ability to think on your own feet - you feel comfortable taking initiative and responsibility. You are not afraid to make mistakes and you are always keen to keep on learning. “Think like a founder” is something you identify easily with. Additionally, you tick the following boxes:

• You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience;

• You have a degree in an engineering field or technical architecture;

• You know how to work structured and how to prioritise your tasks efficiently;

• Your communication skills are part of your strengths;

• You speak fluent Spanish + business level in English;

• You have a driving license;

• You are genuinely interested in the energy transition, construction and Fastned’s mission!
