Senior Product Manager

Pendulum is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to take a supply chain AI product from zero to one. This is an opportunity to take state-of-the-art AI and a set of global committed customers - and build a first of its kind product that transforms supply chains from a curse to an engine of progress.

You will work directly with a world-class team of machine learning scientists, designers, cross-functional engineers, and subject matter experts across the organization. You will engage Fortune 500 corporations and national governments. Your success will slash waste, save lives and enable our customers to achieve radically more impact from the same resources.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Define a deeply ambitious product roadmap in partnership with the leadership team
• Own new product and feature delivery from start to finish
• Shape high-value machine learning research and integrate it into product
• Conduct and use user research to improve the product
• Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and leadership to source new ideas
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive toward PMF

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in product management
• 2+ years of experience with an early stage product
• Track record of successful zero to one product delivery
• Willingness to operate at the strategic and tactical level
• Experience with AI or machine learning
• Desire to work with a small team in a fast-paced, collaborative but unstructured environment
• Open-mind and humility in solving user problems (no ego)
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Preferred: Experience in or exposure to supply chain
• Preferred: Product experience negotiating both physical and digital systems in markets or environments that are not fully digitized, i.e. manufacturing, logistics, agriculture ...
