WHY WORK WITH US
Founded and based in Tennessee, for the past 15 years, WAP has consistently expanded our teams and expertise, establishing ourselves as one of the leading sustainability and ESG solution provider in the United States – the work you do here will directly impact our client’s journey to a more sustainable world!
One of the advantages of joining our company is that we operate 100% remotely, and none of our positions require relocation. Whether you choose to remain in your current location or pursue that dream destination within the USA, the flexibility we offer allows you to embrace that opportunity.
Our people and culture are at the heart of everything we do. We are a deeply collaborative team; we support each other and like to have fun together. Trust and flexibility are the foundation of our team’s success.
We strive to keep connected. While remote, we host several virtual all-hands and teams’ events, but everyone’s favorite is our in-person retreats: two times a year; the entire team comes together in multi-day adventures on special locations that invite personal growth, intimate connection, and space to dream big together.
WAP’s continuous growth offers an outstanding professional opportunity for those wanting to progress their careers in the sustainability industry. We invest in our people’s development and rely on your self-starter mindset to drive the direction you want it to go. Developing your career is in your hands!
