Your role at zolar

• Collaborating closely with Commercial Teams (customer acquisition, product and
  operations) in shaping & implementing the strategic and operational plan
• Working with various business leaders to analyse, challenge and 
  influence their commercial decisions to identify opportunities and risks, and 
  implement best practices to drive value and our long-term growth
• Interacting with our Finance leaders from reporting and controlling teams to 
  further influence our profitable & sustainable growth
• Convert aligned strategic objectives into concrete financial targets & ambitions
  and with this own the rolling top-line, revenues & profit pooling forecast
• Owning and preparing regular performance reviews for our Management Team to 
  steer the financial and commercial performance.
• Strengthening automation in forecasting and commercial decision making
• Being the “Finance” voice to support commercial negotiations.
• Setting up and growing the financial business partnering teams across the various 
  departments.
• Partnering with the rest of the Finance Organisation to shape reporting 
  frameworks enhancements

What you will need to bring

• You have a master’s degree in finance (or a similar major) and come with 
  more than 7 years of mix of Finance, Business partnership and commercial 
  experience
• You come with a proactive, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with an 
  ability to think broadly, refine questions, develop analytical frameworks and 
  solve problems quickly
• You pay attention to details and have the ability to successfully manage 
  multiple competing priorities simultaneously, though never losing the big 
  picture out of sight
• You convince with your excellent communication skills, the ability to influence 
  and make an impact in addition to getting into details and articulating findings
  to an executive level
• You persuade with your advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• You have an excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in 
  English (Knowledge of German will be a plus)
