Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us. Being a Pre Sales Engineer EV Charging is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients and sales need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Support Sales Manager in their role by offering technical solutions for AC Chargers to customers.
- Coordination role between sales, solution management, service and product planning between EU team and China.
- Taking care of technical documentations.
- Giving support to customers until the commissioning process is finished.
- Market research activities like competitors analysis, preparing presentations etc.
- Integration tests with third party backend platforms.
- Supporting in projects and similar tasks.
Your profile
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Experience in photovoltaic industry or renewable energy industry.
- At least 2-3 years of experience with EV charging products in Europe.
- Ideally experience with integration tests and technical specifications of AC products.
- You can explain complex technical issues in an understandable way and enjoy dealing with customers.
- You have ideally already worked in a multicultural environment and gained international experience.
- Autonomous, structured way of working.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Fluent language skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), German is an advantage but not a must have. Additional European language skills are a plus.
