What you’ll do  

• Work closely with the VP for Data and leadership team and support shaping the data strategy of the company. 
• Support the Data Strategy leadership team in the overall operations of the data organization. 
• Brainstorm with team-members to break down complex data problems into sizeable and logical “working assertions”. 
• Support the ideation process around machine learning and AI roadmap 

• Identifies meaningful insights from large data sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analyses and experiments to product, service, and business stakeholders. 
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations to leadership. 
• Perform a variety of tasks related to the governance, management, and maintenance of data, including but not limited to standards development, metadata management and reporting. 
• Contribute to overall data architecture and process flows. 
• Develop and update technical documentation. 

We would like to hear from you if you have:   
 

• You are a Bachelor, Master or MBA student in the field of Business & Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Processing, Information & Data Science, Information Management, Library Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent program, or any other similar field. 
• Previous initial experience in (strategy) consulting or start up environment 
• Good experience in structuring complex problems, designing solutions and presenting results. 
• Understanding of data, AI and cloud market and ecosystem 
• Hands on experience in Tableau, Power BI, or any other reporting tool  

• Experience in SQL 
• Very good experience in MS Office Suite 
• Knowledge of modern programming languages, such as Python 
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured data, such as text, image, sensor and machine data is a nice to have 
• Being a thought-partner for managers and executives by bridging market trends to their specific challenges, dynamics, limitations, and ambitions 

• You are passionate about sustainability and revolutionizing the Real Estate industry pushing for a better future  
• You bring a proactive way of thinking, you are organized and possess strong time management skills  
• Meticulous attention to details and overall product 
• Passion for not just fulfilling an assignment, but in adding value, pushing the boundaries and creating amazing work.  
• You possess a thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment a passion for sustainability topics  

• A place of residence in Germany (Berlin) is required for this position  
• You are available for at least 6 months  
• You are available to work at least 20 hours per week (preferably 40 hr/week) 
• You are ok with coming to the office 3 times a week
