E-Learning Project Manager (all genders)

THE POSITION

We’re looking for an E-Learning Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver top-notch e-learning solutions to our valued clients. As an E-Learning Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and success. Your day-to-day tasks will include: 

• Qualitative Delivery: Tailoring our e-learning solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality service.  
• Project Management: Overseeing the successful execution of projects, from initiation to delivery, to ensure everything runs smoothly.  
• E-Learning Setup: Setting up our products and respective e-learning formats, making sure our clients’ educational content is accessible and engaging.  
• User Flow Setup: Managing user flows across various platforms, including Hubspot, Zapier, our own Leaning Experience Platform, and Zoom.  
• LXP Maintenance: Continuously maintaining and quality-assuring our Learning Experience Platform to ensure it’s always up to standard. 
• Product Roadmap: Support the development and execution of product plans. Make sure they align with the company’s strategic goals and bring new ideas to life.  
• Customer Support: Handling client requests and managing support tickets promptly and professionally. 
• Collaboration: Act as the intersection point between our product team, content team, design team, customer success team, sales team, and clients, facilitating the exchange of requests and feedback.  

YOUR PROFILE
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

• Tech Skills: A basic understanding of technology and the ability to navigate various platforms and tools. 
• Analytics: Familiarity with basic analytics concepts to track and measure the success of our e-learning solutions.  
• Project or Product Management or Operations: 2-3 years of experience in project management, product management, or product operations to effectively oversee and coordinate projects. 
• Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.  
• Language Proficiency: English language proficiency is essential; proficiency in German is a must too, as we serve clients in both languages.
