Role Description

As the Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner at Form Energy, you will be responsible for the daily management of Total Rewards programs, including; the design, implementation, administration, analytical review, and evaluation of Benefits and Oracle Cloud HCM. This is a highly collaborative role which requires working closely with cross-functional teams such as People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure Form Energy’s objective to attract, retain, and engage with top talent. This role reports directly to the manager of Total Rewards within the People Operations Team.

What You'll Do:

Benefits Management & Administration:

• Partner with key stakeholders in developing compelling company benefit programs that support the needs of the employees and the mission of Form Energy.

• Measure and analyze benefits data and trends in order to improve effectiveness, build efficiencies, and proactively enhance the delivery of the benefits function.

• Evaluate and participate in the negotiation with service providers; work with Finance to ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.

• Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests in conjunction with a third party provider.

• Maintain impeccable employee records, manage enrollments & terminations as well as determine employee eligibility.

• Inform, advise, educate and empower employees regarding all benefits offered.

• Develop and lead wellness programs, acting as an advocate for employee wellbeing.

Information Systems:

• Maintain excellent data accuracy and develop/implement efficient processes within Oracle.

• Manage the technical aspects of People Ops processes such as performance management and merit processes.

• Provide training for Oracle as needed.

• Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, perform application upgrades when necessary, and perform diagnostic tests.

• Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.

• Manage the audits performed on Oracle data to maintain data accuracy.

• Keep abreast of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.

What You'll Bring:

• 7-10 years of related experience.

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud desired.

• Experience in benefits management required.

• Experience in human resources information systems required.

• Ability to juggle multiple and diverse tasks.

• Good listening and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.
