Source 2050 is the first mission-driven, multi-vendor marketplace for Passive House and high performance building products. Founded in November 2022 by leaders in the Passive House community, we are looking to add a Senior Product Manager (potential growth to CTO) to run the build of v2 of its multi-vendor platform.
Nearly a year after launch, with a full pipeline of projects pushing the limits of its MVP built on WooCommerce, the team needs to add several customer-requested features and more robust functionality to the platform and to be able to integrate seamlessly with industry-standard 3rd party software workflows.
The right candidate must be a seasoned full-stack developer and product manager with deep experience in B2B e-commerce and marketplaces. They will be responsible for selecting the platform (Mirakl, Nautical Commerce, etc.) and assembling the team to build a scalable, flexible multi-vendor marketplace with a robust CMS and a customizable admin-, vendor- and customer-side CRM access. Familiarity with architecture and construction, particularly Passive House, net zero and energy efficient building standards, a major plus.&nbsp;
Candidates that pass the first round of interviews will be given the Product Spec and asked to build a development plan and budget, including internal hires and outside firm engagements.&nbsp;
Compensation will include equity in the business. Our goal is to promote the person hired for this role to CTO upon the successful launch of v2.
