Job Overview

The International Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a direct portfolio of clients and a portfolio of international regional partners with chain of custody certification from a diversity of paper, packaging, and wood products sectors. The Account Coordinator is proficient in understanding and communicating technical scheduling and scoping requirements for audits and engaging with affiliates and global partners to ensure they’re meeting service needs, timelines, financial goals, and accreditation requirements. The Account Coordinator is responsible for meeting revenue and profitability goals.

This is a remote, full-time employee position with SCS. Preferred candidates are located in Australia or the Asia-Pacific region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent flow of audit projects portfolio to contribute to financial goals and meet required certification timelines
  • Work closely with International Program Manager to identify growth opportunities and needs for capacity building in emerging markets
  • Acquire expert knowledge of each certification program's requirements and objectives
  • Coordinate with internal technical team and international team to deliver solutions that meet client and program needs
  • Support the maintenance and implementation of program quality system by maintaining documents, records, and progress tracking for compliance with SCS quality management systems and/or the rules of the relevant certification scheme

Regional Partner Account Coordination

  • Engage with affiliates and partners by responding promptly to their questions and requests, and provide support in understanding requirements and continuation of certification services
  • Prepare proposals for international initial certification audits
  • Provide international audit support for affiliated offices related to scoping, pricing, and scheduling audits
  • Oversee international workflow by assisting in process development, sending and streamlining audit status updates, and facilitating communications

Direct Client Account Coordination

  • Engage with clients by responding promptly to their questions and requests, and provide support in understanding requirements and continuation of certification services
  • Prepare proposals for expansions of scope certification audits
  • Provide audit support to clients related to scoping, pricing, and scheduling audits
  • Oversee contract auditor workflow by facilitating audit status updates and communications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four years of professional experience
  • Complete fluency in English with work experience that involves professional, technical written communication
  • Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Initiative, good judgment, ability to work independently, responsive, and adaptive
  • Proficient with business software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management

Working Remotely

At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office.

Estimated Annual Salary

$30,000 to $45,000 USD
