Job Description

The Opportunity
Commercial real estate makes up 20% of global carbon emissions and is far behind on the road to decarbonization. The zero-carbon transition to address this crisis is estimated to drive $10 Trillion in global transactions.

While the data currently exists, commercial building owners and managers lack the insights to be able to tackle this problem and unlock the Trillions in retrofit spending. Audette brings a holistic approach that models the entire building stock and details decarbonization pathways across entire regions, not just building by building. It presents data at macro scale for economic planning and to building owners themselves who use their records to create custom carbon step-down plans for their portfolios.

Audette is poised to provide data and insights to a slow and manual industry. This platform can scale and bring us a zero-carbon future. This is a legacy building role for a VP of Engineering to build the platform and scalability to tackle 20% of our global climate crisis.

Position Overview
Position reports to: Christopher Naismith, CEO

On behalf of Audette, Active Impact is looking for a VP Engineering who will strike the balance between velocity, scalability, and the cutting-edge of technology.
