Ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards, are scalable, and align with best practices. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Make critical technical decisions and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.  </li><li>Contribute to the successful delivery of Salesforce projects by delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
