PUR is recruiting an Admin for Colombia.
As part of the Administrative team, the successful candidate will report to the Admin & Finance Referent Latam in Bogota.
As a key member, your responsibilities will include:
Office, supplier, and administrative management
Perform general office functions including communications (mail & post), supply inventory management, filing, etc.
Coordinate day to day needs with office providers (rent, office insurance, utilities, etc.) and regarding maintaining office(s) space and supplies.
Support administrative documentation needs.
Management of petty cash and cash expenses.
Fixed asset inventory management.
Event & travel organization and logistics
Purchasing, Invoicing, and payments
Create vendors.
Track, create, deliver and follow-up on purchase orders.
Track and execute payments to suppliers and project field partners.
Create a supplier database. Project the requirements for contracting or purchasing. (Transports, goodies, IT tools, hotels, supplies, training services, and other needs.)
Support in the administrative review of contracts.
Data consolidation and ERP management
Support the management of data consolidation for, and within, PUR’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Support the local project team in the Data Management inside the ERP
Other
Expenses: follow-up of expenses of technicians and local staff (when outside Cleemy).
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding, of administrative processes.
Relationship with service providers
Coordinate and support day to day needs with the local project team, HR and country manager.

We are looking for a candidate with:
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Technical or bachelor in Administrative Management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (Excel ,PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems
Fluent in spanish
Intermediate english level required
Legally allowed to work in Colombia
