What you will do

Join our dynamic Carbon Offset & Green Energy Services (COGES) team where we empower our clients in financially supporting or developing high quality climate action projects.
- Cultivate Global Partnerships: Foster relationships with international project partners and actively expand our supplier network through outreach initiatives.
- Identify Climate Action Initiatives: Play a pivotal role in identifying and sourcing climate action projects. Your ability to interpret data and trends will guide project selections, contributing to a more sustainable future.
- Strategic Purchasing: Take charge of purchasing planning and steer our strategic procurement efforts, applying your data-driven approach for optimization.
- Inventory Management: Support the administration of our internal inventory management system and official registers with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about the dynamic carbon offset market, including technological advancements and market shifts. Your insights will help us stay at the forefront of environmental progress.
- Brand Representation: Represent ClimatePartner at conferences, trade fairs, and customer meetings, showcasing our expertise and fostering valuable relationships.
Who you are
- Relevant Experience: Your experience in the (voluntary) carbon market, purchasing, or related fields is invaluable. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and fields of study.
- Sustainability Background: A background, education, or strong interest in sustainability is crucial. Experience with Nature-Based projects or solutions is an additional advantage. Your commitment to a greener world inspires us.
- Data Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw actionable insights. Experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, Java, Jira, Dynamics, and PowerApps is advantageous, curiosity in AI is appreciated.
- Effective Communication: Your enthusiastic and collaborative communication style fosters a supportive work environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued.
- Strategic Thinking: Your independent and strategic approach ensures we make thoughtful decisions that drive positive environmental change.
- Interpersonal Skills: Your ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and effectively foster strong partnerships is essential.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative team environment where different perspectives contribute to our shared success.
- Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a valuable asset.
