Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders & Product Managers to address daily business needs
Swiftly develop prototypes for Salesforce UI models as required
Oversee the product development and release process by administering a Gitlab CI/CD pipeline, following periodic spring cycles
Integrate Salesforce products with AWS based data analytics platforms on the backend through Apex & API integration when necessary
Employ CRM analytics and Recipes for seamless integration of data ETLs & reporting platforms
Generate Business Intelligence (BI) reports using Salesforce data
Efficiently manage the Salesforce release process, including conducting User Acceptable Testing (UATs), facilitating integrations through effective communication, and ensuring governance
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Salesforce CRM Platform
Highly proficient with Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities & Campaigns
Advanced skills in Java programming
Proficiency in SFDC administration, including the creation and management of profiles, permission sets etc.
Excel in using Flows, Approval Workflows, Tasks and Events
Experience with Apex scripts, debug logs and the system log console
Experience with SFDC Integration, web service and Apex Programming within Salesforce
Experience in designing Stages, automated stage conversions and status handling
Experience in email templates, email automations and conditional workflows
Experience in Salesforce sandbox based CICD using SFDX
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Data Manager & ETLs for bulk data loads
Exhibit excellent communication skills, along with dynamic UI prototyping skills
