IT Change & CMDB Manager
Job Description
- Your mission at Climeworks is to ensure that changes are controlled, implemented, and monitored with minimal service disruption, while adeptly responding to shifting business requirements.
- In this role, you implement robust processes for change management, asset, and configuration management whilst ensuring alignment with audit controls and clear communication to IT employees.
- Efficiently spearheading change requests, you'll review, approve, and coordinate their implementation, guaranteeing timely and successful deployments.
- You enforce strict oversight on Configuration Items (CIs), ensuring they're identified, accounted for, and audited.
- Acting as a guardian of our IT environment, you make sure only authorized changes are enacted and maintain a consistently updated asset inventory.
- You take the lead in coordinating configuration database changes that have direct or indirect impacts on production services.
- Keeping the bigger picture in mind, you maintain a balance between rapid change execution and quality service delivery.
- You have a higher education degree from a university of applied sciences or a university.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in change management and asset & configuration management.
- You have hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow tool for a minimum of 2 years.
- You consider yourself an expert in designing and upholding ITIL processes and you possess knowledge of assets and logical CMDB methods.
- You carry a keen business understanding, especially regarding the repercussions of change.
- You communicate with clarity and precision, and you approach tasks methodically and are attentive to details.
- Your proficiency in both German and English adds value to our diverse team.
