Job Description
Reunion’s mission is to accelerate investment into clean energy.
Proven technologies like solar, wind, and battery storage can reduce carbon emissions today, but many projects lack access to financing. Existing financing structures such as tax equity are complex to set up and manage, and mainly serve the largest projects.
Reunion is creating a simpler financing structure, enabled by the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act. We work closely with solar, wind, and battery storage companies to sell renewable energy tax credits, which fund up to 70% of project costs. Over time, we will provide additional finance products to enable renewable energy developers to build more projects.
Our team has deep expertise in renewable energy, having previously raised over $2B to fund solar energy projects around the world with partners including D.E. Shaw, Y Combinator, and SunEdison. Reunion raised seed funding in December 2022 from Segue Sustainable Infrastructure and leading renewable energy entrepreneurs and executives.
