Fluence is searching for a Digital Transformation Change Manager, who is responsible for leading and managing the change management process for all digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This includes developing and implementing change management plans, communicating with stakeholders, and managing resistance to change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience in the digital transformation space.

As the Digital Transformation Change Manager at Fluence, you will:

• Develop and execute a change management strategy for Fluence’s global digital project implementation.

• Create actionable deliverables to drive successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives including but not limited to communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

• Support and engage senior leaders.

• Evaluate and ensure user readiness, manage stakeholders.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to digital implementation and adoption.

• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to understand the impact of the change and identify change champions.

• Together with change champions create action plans to ensure successful implementation, high adoption rates and ongoing support of ecommerce project.

• Develop communication plans and materials to inform employees, customers, and stakeholders of the changes and the benefits of the digital system.

• Create and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to use and support the digital system effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management efforts and adjust the strategy as needed.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for the digital system.

What will you bring to Fluence?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field

• •5+ years of experience in change management

• •Experience in the digital transformation space

• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
