Position Specific Description

We are primarily a Microsoft shop, and utilize technologies in that ecosystem to solve business problems. Most applications within the company are web-based data driven applications that utilize .NET, SQL Server, Web APIs, and front end frameworks. Software Analyst Interns will be working in an agile environment and would be given opportunities to work high velocity projects team in an area that fits their skills and where we have a need.

As part of that team you will have the opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative team that works in hand in hand with retails energy business to develop software solution that is intended to drive increased operational efficiency for the company, developing services that are strategic to our business and have multiple touch points with our end customers. Developing software solutions using .NET / SQL with Strong SQL experience. Some experience writing and troubleshooting T-SQL, relational databases. Experience using Microsoft data stack (SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS) preferred. Knowledge of Javascript fundamentals, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing is essential, experience with AI development can put you ahead. .NET, C#, C++, HTML, Web development experience a plus.

Job Overview

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists department with assigned projects

• Completes challenging projects and assignments

• Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship

• Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school grad / GED

• Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program

• Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
