Job Opportunity
We are looking for an awesome Product Manager who will be a key part of the SWTCH development team. You will be overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. As a tremendous resource on the team, you will bring new and delightful self-care solutions to our customers &ndash; this will include managing the product backlog, prioritizing the various product, market, customer, and organization needs to successfully deliver a large and complex product enhancement, and drive the go-to-market function for the product organization.

Responsibilities:
Product Planning
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.</li>
<li>Develop product use cases, wireframes, and requirement documents.</li>
<li>Manage product backlogs, and conduct sprint planning</li>
<li>Define and communicate the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Product Delivering
<ul>
<li>Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product features and specifications.</li>
<li>Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.</li>
<li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.</li>
<li>Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.</li>
</ul>
Cross-department Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.</li>
<li>Support sales teams with product training, demos, and sales collateral.</li>
<li>Engage with customer support teams to gather user feedback, address issues, and improve customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

Job Qualification:
<ul>
<li>3+ years&rsquo; experience as a Product Manager working with web app development and integration development.</li>
<li>1+ years&rsquo; scrum master experience with developers.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, and engineering.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.</li>
