We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

About this role :

• We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer (M/F) to join our Digital & IT Team based in our offices in Grenoble (French Alps). As such, you will be responsible for implementing responsive designs, developing reusable UI/UX components, and ensuring compliance with web standards. You also come up with ideas for making the user experience better.

Responsibilities :

• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience.

• Optimize web applications for speed and performance.

• Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting to improve loading times.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate requirements into functional interfaces.

• Work with software, data, and knowledge engineers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.

• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues.

• Implement coding best practices and standards to maintain code quality.

• Ensure that web applications are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.

• Implement mobile-first design principles.

• Accessibility (A11y)

• Develop web applications that adhere to web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusivity for all users.

• Continuously explore new technologies and provide recommendations on how to improve the development process.

Qualifications & skills :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development

• Proficiency in Vue, React or Angular, Redux, and Typescript.

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.

• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest.

• Ability to write well-documented, clean code.

• Understanding of  REST APIs and GraphQL

• Knowledge of Agile Methodagy

• Experience with Azure, CI/CD processes, and DevOps tools is a plus.

• Proficiency in both French and English
